_I corrected the the reference: because frame 1 is the real start of the animation (and not frame 0), it is the new reference point.
If you stretch an animation by a factor 10 with a key at frame 1, then this key stays at frame 1 (whereas it was transported to frame 10 before)
_Added an "All" option: Every single IPO existing in the scene will be affected
_Now not only the object IPOs but the materials linked to it (via object or Data) are affected too
